How much does a solar system cost in 2026?
A 5 kW on-grid home system costs roughly Rs 6.5–9 lakh installed, a 5 kW hybrid with a 5 kWh lithium battery Rs 8.5–11 lakh, and a 10 kW hybrid Rs 20–25 lakh. You get a written, itemised quote after the free site survey.
Does solar still pay off under net billing?
Yes, when the system is sized for what you use. Exports now earn about Rs 11 a unit instead of a one-for-one swap, so we design for self-use. Most homes cut their grid bill by 70–95% with a well-sized hybrid system.
Will it work during loadshedding?
An on-grid system shuts down during a grid outage for safety. To keep running you need a hybrid inverter and a lithium battery, which we size to what you want running.
What warranty do I get?
Tier-1 panels carry a 20-year performance warranty and a 12-year product warranty. Inverters carry 5 to 10 years depending on brand, lithium batteries 7 to 10 years, and our workmanship 2 years.
