- Lead form data you submit voluntarily: name, phone number, email, city, property type, monthly electricity bill range, and any free-text message.
- Contact requests made by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Anonymous analytics via Vercel Analytics: pages visited, device class, country, and referring source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and schedule a site survey.
- To prepare engineered quotations and pricing for your property.
- To follow up on net-metering and warranty matters.
- To improve site performance and content based on aggregate analytics.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with: (a) trusted vendors processing data on our behalf (such as email and CRM providers) under confidentiality obligations, and (b) when required by Pakistani law or a valid legal request.
4. Data retention
Lead data is retained for up to 36 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing raysmartsolar@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use a minimal set of first-party analytics cookies via Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

The site is served over HTTPS. Lead submissions are transmitted using TLS to our backend. While no system is perfectly secure, we use reasonable industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
8. Children
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
